| 1:02.1 | for us all the time, of course, but identifying what that gift actually is is really important |
| 1:08.2 | because it's going to help you reach for nature as a resource more often |
| 1:12.6 | and more frequently. So what does that connection to nature actually bring? When you step into your |
| 1:26.3 | favorite place, whether it's that walk that you take in the woods or going down to that beach to sit and relax or going down to the river to spend some time, wherever you go, or it's sitting in that little corner of your garden where you have a little bench and you just come to sit with your tea in the morning. |

| 1:48.4 | What is the gift that nature gives you? |
| 1:50.9 | How do you actually feel when you enter that space and you get really present with nature? |
| 1:57.5 | For some of us, it's a feeling of immediate connection. It's almost a feeling of community, of coming to something that's greater than us, but also a part of us in a way. |
| 2:10.1 | For some of us, it's a feeling of peace. We feel more calm, more at peace and at ease when we're spending time in nature. |

| 2:21.9 | It's a feeling of happiness, maybe reconnecting to the easy happiness of childhood. |
| 2:27.9 | It just makes us happy to watch all of nature in its own state. |
