Number one, everything is breaking Trump's way. Number two, a brutal Matt Gates ad hits the airwaves. And number three, Adam shifts big California brunch. Let's get into it. It is,

it's been a good couple days for Donald Trump. Joe Biden's debate performance gave Trump

and down-ballot Republicans a major boost.

Trump's fundraising is strong, eroding at Biden's major cash advantage on Monday, the Supreme Court threw Trump a big lifeline on his legal troubles, all but ensuring he won't have to

face any federal criminal proceedings before the election.

And Trump used that Supreme Court ruling to appeal his felony convictions in the New York

Hush Money case. In responding to the decision Monday evening, Biden didn't answer a single question

from reporters. This morning, we wanted to examine the various ramifications of Trump cementing

that status as the frontrunner and the conversation in D.C. among people we talk to,

which is a lot of members of Congress, AIDS, corporate America lobbyists, they are all trying

to figure out what all Republican Washington means because the general consensus is that if Trump

wins, the Senate goes with him and the House goes with him as well.

And listen, caveat number one, two, three, four, and five, no one knows what's going on in

reality. The election is a long way away. It is 120-something days away. We are, you know,

anything could happen.
