I'm doing well.

Thanks, Kirk. How are you? Good, good, doing well. We're going to be talking with Chris Hanna. How you doing today, Chris? I'm doing well. Thanks, Kirk. How are you?

Good, good, doing well. We're going to be talking to Chris about a lot of different issues.

I thought Chris is a fascinating person to bring on the show because there's just so many things that he has a background in that I think you're going to really want to hear.

So, Chris, tell us a little bit about your background. Today, I'm a financial coach for UFC fighters,

entrepreneurs, really anyone that is having highly variable income and wants to create a better

life for themselves. My formal background is in finance and economics. That's what I got my degree in.

But just a couple of years after that, I even had some training at internship at a head,

multi-billion dollar hedge fund and some training

on Wall Street. A couple years after I graduated with a degree, just found myself completely lost

when it came to my personal finances. And I think I took it a little hard on myself because I felt

like, you know, of all people, you know, those that study finance, certainly in college,

you know, I should be doing better.

I should have a better understanding of all this stuff. And also sort of open my eyes to the fact that,

like, if I'm in this position, really just having anxiety around my money and feeling guilty after I spend money, you know, what does that mean for everyone else? And so I started diving into
