So before we get into it, let me get a little bit of your bio out there because I want people

to understand what you do for Zillow.

But you are a senior economist on the economic research team where you combine Zillow's industry-leading

real estate database with macroeconomic and demographic data

to understand the forces that shape the American housing market. And your interests really are

on homeownership, housing supply, household formation. You have your bachelor's from Amherst and your masters from Udub, and you live in

Seattle. So, you know, you're in a pretty good real estate market up there. That's right. It has been

very hot ever since I moved up here to start grad school at Udub. It's been an interesting

perch to be in one of these, you know,

expensive West Coast markets. You know, it's always never quite as crazy as San Francisco on

very many trends, but, you know, it's good to remind people sometimes. There's more than one big

tech economy, hot housing market on the West Coast. Yeah, and today I'm actually sitting in
