Now, the reason why I wanted to interview this particular member, well, one reason is she is absolutely hilarious. She is honestly one of our

most valued members in the group. She can make anybody smile. She can make anybody laugh.

She is so supportive, so funny, so witty, and she literally

makes me fall off my chair whenever I read her posts. But the main reason that I wanted to interview

her today is simply because Vanessa is a badass woman who literally takes no shit and just makes it

work. Vanessa is a quintessential member of the program. What do I mean by

quintessential? I'm like, how do I describe this woman? Like, she's truly phenomenal. She is the kind of

woman who, even though she had, are you ready, three children under the age of three. Yep, she had twins and then she had another

child shortly after. So she was crazy busy. She works as a, she teaches English to Chinese

students. So she gets up at 3 a.m. every day. Yep, you heard me right. So she's parenting her very

young children. She's getting up at 3am every day.

She works crazy hours. She's emotionally and physically exhausted from parenting her children.

And yet, she still manages to find time to sculpt a shit hot body. How on earth does she do it? Well, I wanted her to break down for me exactly how she does

it and really what kind of drives her to do it because, I mean, it just, it sounds exhausting even

listening to it, but she is the kind of woman who really just takes it on and makes it work.

And like I said, she has been one of our most successful members in the program, not because

that she, you know, has the best body in the program, and she does have an incredible body.
