0:24.7	Yeah, I really enjoyed having you on as a panelist and wanted to bring you on as a guest because I think you had a lot of great things to say.
0:29.9	And I know the audience can really learn a lot from your experience.
0:33.8	So Jay, maybe you can tell us a little bit about your background.
0:37.2	I am an engineer and a business guy by education.
0:41.7	I got my electrical engineering degree a couple decades ago.
0:45.4	My MBA, I spent much of my corporate career in Silicon Valley companies like Microsoft
0:50.8	and eBay.
0:52.3	And in 2008, I met my future wife. We decided that the
0:56.5	80-hour work weeks and traveling a couple weeks a month just wasn't conducive to our starting
1:02.1	a family, which is something we really wanted to do. So as soon as we decided to get married,
1:06.7	we also decided to quit our jobs and we moved back to the East Coast and decided we were going to figure out what was next for us.
1:14.0	We wanted to find some type of reasonable lifestyle business that would allow us to focus on our family first and can kind of put work and all the other stuff secondary to raising our family.
