0:22.1	how are you? Good, good. Well, we brought Tom on because I thought it would be a good idea
0:26.3	considering that technology has just been going through the roof for the last few years, quite a number
0:31.5	years, actually. We get a lot of questions of should I invest in private companies, you know,
0:36.4	how should I invest in technology?
0:38.1	So we brought Tom on to really kind of talk through a little bit about what he's done.
0:42.8	So Tom, can you tell us a little bit about your background so we can get to know a little bit more

0:47.1	So I've been a technology entrepreneur most of my life.
0:50.2	My best friend and I started our first company when we were 23.
0:53.9	And it was the dawning of the personal
0:55.8	computer microcomputer industry so kind of grew up in that space with Microsoft and Apple and companies
1:01.5	like that and along the way in running these companies and we've had a great fortune of being in
1:07.2	business with my best friend my entire career about About every decade, we had an exit.
1:11.5	And along the way, I got into angel investing.
1:14.1	And that became kind of like a side gig for me.
