This is a time where there is a lot of mixed messages being sent and it feels weird like I wanted to do an episode

actually make this relevant to everyday life when things are kind of quote-unquote

normal but I think that because of the fact that we're seeing a lot of what I'll call just external pressure because you've got messages

floating around on social media about how oh you have more time now like this is a

great opportunity for personal development or learn a new

skill or dial in your nutrition and then on the other side you have people who are kind of

sending the opposite message and so I just wanted to kind of

it'll help you if you are somebody who is putting added pressure on yourself

or you're feeling like frustrated or

discouraged or just confused because that is pretty common.

So that's really the topic that I wanted to discuss.

And honestly, I think a lot of it has to come down to letting go of what was or letting go of what's supposed to be.

And what I mean by that is oftentimes we put this,

we put these arbitrary standards on ourselves as far as what we're supposed to be doing.

And again, a lot of that comes from external messages, but those external messages become our internal dialogue.
