Well, hello there. It's Morgan here and welcome to today's show. Today, I want to start with the question,

what beautiful thing are you meant to create? What beautiful thing are you meant to create?

And if you happen to have been tuning in to the episodes before this one, you may have noticed that I've started to put a question as the title of the episode.

And that's something I'm going to continue.

Because I actually, whenever I'm preparing these episodes, I actually start with a question.

This is also how I write poetry. This is how I make art. I always start with a prompt of some kind and then I work my way

outward from there. So I started doing this with the podcast a little bit and then I realized,

wait, maybe I should just start with the question. Start and end with the question because that really is what frames

the entire idea that I'm sharing. So my hope is that even if you don't remember every single

thing that I said during this episode, this question can be

something that you sit with or carry with you throughout the day. So whether you have plans to

journal today or not, even if it's just some kind of mental journaling that you do, just allowing that question to

take up a little space in your mind for a few minutes.

This is a way that you can say you are present to the moment and you can do this while

you're doing other things.

So all that to say, I am going to start the episodes with

the question, and I'm so excited about that. Today's question is, what beautiful thing are you

meant to create? Now, when you hear that word create, a lot of different things may come to mind.

However, if you're not someone who considers

themselves to be very creative or you just don't feel creative in this moment, that's okay. Fear not.

For this is not an episode about artistic creativity, though it definitely contains artistic

creativity as well. This is about what we create in our lives,
