spiritual community, it can feel very abstract. It's not a very tangible thing, right? The act of letting go. It's not something we just

decide to do out of the blue one day and then it's done and it's over and we never think about that

thing again. It really is a long process that happens in its own time. And usually letting go actually sneaks up on us a little bit

us feel totally weighed down and stuck, all of a sudden, we're just not thinking about it anymore.
