0:17.6	I feel like everybody at one point in their life has said, I got an app idea.
0:24.1	As a user experience designer, I've had to build a lot of apps and I'm like,
0:29.9	hold on one second, because it's a bit of a beast.
0:34.1	Especially if your business model is a subscription-based app,
0:38.9	and that's how you make your money.
0:40.6	You have to make sure that every day the people who download your app are happy
0:45.2	and not unsubscribing and there's just a lot of work that goes into not just
