At my company, I live creatives every week, people post jobs. And we see hundreds of applicants

for just one job. According to the JobBite Recruiting Report, one in six candidates who applied

for a job were asked for an interview, which means on island creatives, we get like 100 to 200

applicants per job. And that means 16 to 33 people who actually be called for an interview.

It's not a lot. Well, in the course of one year, our guest today, Andrea Dalzel,

went on over 70. That's right. You heard me. 70 job interviews to finally land her dream job

as a nurse who's on the ground and not behind a desk. This is important because Andrea uses a wheelchair.

So in addition to just dealing with this ruling job hunt process,
