One of the things we talk about here Personality Hacker, in fact a lot of the messaging around typology, Meyers Break System in general, around

your personality type, is growth-oriented.

And one of the things that we really focus on is growing that what's technically called your auxiliary cognitive

function process. We have a car model we use and we've called that the co-pilot

and if you don't know what the car model is what

cognitive functions are what a cognitive function stack is I recommend you

going over before this conversation just to get familiar with this because we're

going to use some technical terms in this podcast particularly. We have resources on the website personality hacker.com you can

punch in the car model in the search bar and find some information on what we mean

for this.

And our recommendation, if you do know what I'm talking about in the car model,

is to focus on that co-pilot or auxiliary cognitive function

and grow that in your personality.

We believe it's one of the highest leverage things you can do is put attention in time.

Not just having a natural talent for whatever that is in your personality, but build skill, play with it, be

present to it, and really work and focus on growing that part of you.
