But the repercussions of his mistaken release from prison are only just beginning.

We'll ask if the justice system is fit for purpose.

As Labour members flex their muscles and pick the deputy leader Kirstama wouldn't have chosen,

we take a look at who joins a political party and if a bigger membership is necessarily better.

And is it time to end the fines for parents who take their

Baroness Shammy Chacrabati is a regular voice on this programme. She's a Labour peer in the House of Lords

and was the Shadow Attorney General under Jeremy Corbyn. Before that, she was the director of the Civil Liberties Group Liberty for more than a decade.

And she's also written several books, most recently one on human rights.
