David Pinto Dyshinsky is the Labour MP for Hendon in North London,

a seat he won by a whisker, as we're always reminding him, at the last election.

David was an advisor to the late Alistair Darling when he was Chancellor, and you've just taken the first step on your own,

assent up the ministerial ladder, haven't you? Becoming an aide at the Department for Work and Pensions, a PPS.

Those who haven't had the honour call it ministerial bag carrying.

But what does it do?

What's the role?

Well, and so I love carrying bags.

But no, seriously, it's a role that helps me support the DWP team in their work in Parliament.
