Very happy to welcome back my longtime co-host. I have the originator of the podcast,

the main man, Jake Burns. Jake, how's it going, man? It's okay. It's all right. We spent some time

yesterday, at least I tried to spend some time, Andrew, talking through a little bit of the emotion

of losing a parent and some of that stuff.

And, you know, it's tricky, it's very tricky.

Your parents are together 40 years.

You're trying to navigate that with your mom and, you know, be there for your family and all that.

So I think I'm doing as well as someone can do, given this situation. I needed to start thinking about football again. You know, you can only be away. Someone like me can only be away from it for so long. It's kind of eating me alive to not be able to talk about Miles Garrett's situation, but I couldn't really focus on. It's just such a big,

it's a huge thing, which I know you have done a fantastic job covering this past week, and I can

share some of my opinions on it, but it's so strange to be like, I see Brown's news, but I don't

really want to talk about it because I haven't felt like that in a while, you know. So otherwise, I'm good, man. I'm hanging in. We're hanging in doing a lot of reminiscing. My wife was great. It's very helpful with all of it and helping keep everything on track. So, yeah, just trying to find a new normal, brother. How have you, have you guys been holding up? You guys have done a great job. Jordan was on with you. I know we did some good stuff. And I know Scott got introduced. We're very excited to have Scott join us and is going to provide some unique insight. So a big thanks to you and the guys for ripping out some great content while I was out.

Well, absolutely. Yeah. I mean, it's the absolutely the least we can do. I think to your point,

it is funny when you do this on a daily basis, how much you start to think in terms of not just reacting to things within yourself, but then thinking about, I mean, and I don't mean this in a

negative way, but sort of what your take is on it, right? So it's like, it's not just how do I feel,

but it's then what would I say if I was going to do a podcast in five minutes about whatever

news breaks. I mean, we've had instances over the past

years, Jake, where news breaks while we're on the podcast and we react to it in real time. And you
