Welcome to season 3 of the Sad To Savage Podcast! I could not be happier to be back yapping on this mic to all of you! This season is going to be so so special and I am so grateful that you guys are here with me for it. Over the last 5 years I have learned SO much on my Sad to Savage journey and i cant wait to talk, teach and share ALL OF IT and more.
This season will be mainly solo episodes talking about habits, routines, health & wellness, my life & perspective and just so much more. This episode I wanted to use to reintroduce myself and my story. I cannot wait for everything we will learn and talk about all season long. WE ARE SO BACK BABY!!
