Hello and welcome back to the Sad to Savage podcast. I cannot believe that I'm on my third season and I'm just so excited for the podcast to be back. Now, I started this podcast in 2022, which is actually just insane to think about. I cannot believe it's almost the summer of 2025. Now, if you've been a listener or I guess not even a listener because that sounds so formal, but if you've been one of my friends listening to me just yap and teach since the beginning, I love you so much, this is so cool.

Thank you for being here with me. And if you're new or anything in between, I love you and I'm just so

happy that you're here. Now, a little bit about me. I'm silly, funny, goofy, cute, smart. I talk unfortunately so fast I have since I was a child. I try to slow it down,

but I am a fast talker. And I'm about to become your new best friend slash older sister.

So much has happened since I ended season two of the podcast, which I think was in June or July of

last year. I can't believe how long ago that was. And I also cannot believe

how much has happened since then. I feel like I have so much to catch you guys up on. The good,

the bad, the in between. Now, during season two, I was going through it. I'm sure you guys know

and could catch on. And I can finally shed more light on that this season which is such a relief but I will be

catching you guys alt speed on everything going on in my life but first I wanted to share a little bit

about what we're going to talk about in this episode and then also what you can expect for me

in this season and I also want to reintroduce myself for anyone that's new here and I just want to

share a little bit about me. My name is Shelby

Sacco, soon to be Shelby Spinnick, because I am engaged. But I will be changing my middle name to Sacco.

So I'll be Shelby Sacco Spinnick because I cannot possibly let that go. And you know what? My mom is so

upset about it. She's like, you're just going to throw away your middle name? I'm like, what? Who knew? It meant so much to her. And also, my dad picked my middle name after his cousin.

So I'm like, mom, what's going on here?

I think she's just having an identity crisis for me.

But anyway, I was born and raised in Michigan.

I live in Michigan right now, and I am fully committed.

I will never leave here.

My entire family is here. My entire family is here. Jake's entire family is here. I love it so much. It honestly
