host Mike Milner and today this is the episode that you've been waiting for. I am about to give you all of my opinion about the news that broke a couple of weeks ago that Weight Watchers has now entered the

1:55.1

that I'm hoping comes across with evidence to support my opinion.

2:00.0

I don't wanna just sit here and say that my opinion is right and there's no other side to the story.

2:06.7

What I want to do is highlight where I am getting my opinion from so that it's at least we can all make these decisions for ourselves

coming from a place of awareness and

2:25.0

that's where I think we're heading with this.

2:28.0

And that's where I think we're heading with this.

So anyway, before I do that, that of course we have to give away some

free supplements because every week if you leave a five star rating and review on the show you're

2:40.7

eligible to win and this this week, we actually had,

2:44.6

I think this was our record week for reviews.
