loved one or of your sense of identity because you lost your job or you're moving or you are no longer in a relationship with someone who was important in your life. You might be mourning the loss of your health

or mobility. I've shared with you how about two months ago I injured my foot and my mobility is greatly limited and

although I'm on the mend I'm still having to walk tenderly with a boot on my injured

Well, as part of this week's series, you have been issued a challenge. Every week you have a challenge that I

encourage you to do daily and this takes you a little more deeply into the theme and with your theme of

healing from loss you've had the challenge to keep a journal where you're celebrating the life, the

beautiful moments of the this particular job, you're celebrating those qualities about something or someone

that made your life more significant. And think about also how you made their life

significant, how they celebrated you in their lives.

For myself, I was reflecting on how grateful I am for all the ways that I've been able to be strong

within my body, all the walks I've taken all the hikes all the

dancing all the fitness all the yoga all the things I've been able to do with my body and I've been celebrating that

because my mobility is greatly limited and as part of my celebration this week, I have set some goals for what I will be doing

mobility-wise when I am fully recovered. So one thing I love to do is to go on walks.

So I have a short-term mobility goal. So while I don't have my full mobility back where I'm able to walk
