Hello, it's John Gibbons hosting the weekend of this week and it's a slightly different weekend

because obviously it's a slightly different week for Liverpool and that we're not playing at the moment.

In fact there's no Liverpool game for 20 days, 20 days how will we all cope here?

Well how the Amphio rapper gonna cope is to look ahead a little bit and use this little break

to sort of analyze where we are and of course where we want to get to because it doesn't like it's going to be brilliant season for Liverpool in the Premier League at least there but we all want to get back to where we think we belong next season so we're going to do a series of shows around there exploring

sort of how and why we can do that and the first ones I did yesterday I did the series called the recovery

yesterday which was looking at teams including

Liverpool but not just Liverpool some of our rivals as well who reached the

summer to then had poor seasons following up and then got back and got back to

the top and so how they've done it and how they did it was in

lots of different ways as what I discovered and so there's no sort of one-size

fit-all solution unfortunately no magic bullet if you like but there are clues into what Yeagen Club and his team

could do to get Liverpool back to the top next year and so that was really

enjoyable and they call ill came out yesterday other things going on

Garif Roberts spoke to a sports psychologist about the

last thing after effects really of some of our big injuries, particularly to the center

half.

So how will they come back, when will they come back and what should we be expecting from them

when they do return for Liverpool so that sounds really good also
