Yesterday, the Department of Justice announced criminal charges against Hamas leader

Yayas Sinwar, as well as other senior Hamas militants for the October 7th

attack.

The criminal charges were filed in federal court in New York City

and include conspiracy to murder US nationals,

conspiracy to provide support to a foreign terrorist organization,

and conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction.

The filing also accuses Iran and Hezbollah of providing financial support and

DOJ officials say that this is part of a broader effort aimed at targeting members of Hamas,
