I just forgot how sad and awkward that season was and the let's ride thing. It's just, that was, sometimes you've got to be reminded about what happened six months ago, and that was, whoo, that was tough to watch. It was a strange ride. Strange trip. Yes, it was. Let's ride. ride. Let's do it. Here's how we're kicking off our lead block. Lead block. It is a look at Russell

Wilson's 22 Denver numbers compared to his time in Seattle. Notice that all of those numbers

in the right-hand column, those are career worse, but fear not.

There's some positivity coming out of there. And then new offensive coordinator, Joe Lombardi,

had this to say about Russell Wilson via the Denver Post when you see those numbers.

And look, here's why he wants to be positive. He said, I don't know what's going to happen,

but we're really happy with where he's at. Wilson is used to doing things a certain way. We're presenting a new way of doing things. It's a new year. It's a new coaching staff. It's a new scheme. We've got a lot of time to figure out the best plan for all these players. No one knows if it's going to get back to Let's Ride in Broncos country, but Joe Lombardi

sounds upbeat. He should. It's the off season. Everyone's optimistic at this time.
