There are some pretty high expectation for the Chicago Bears and their quarterback in particular,

Justin Fields, his head coach, Matt Iberfluse, who Kyle Brandt discovered that has a great personality when he was Chicago. I like him. Swung by inside training camp yesterday and told Stacey

Dale and Scott Pioli about the growth he's seen so far from Justin Fields. Yeah, I just think it's the experience factor.

You know, he's in the offense one more year,

and he's doing a really good job of taking all the concepts in, as he did last year,

but it's a second time through it.

And the skill sets, you know, that Ryan has added, his staff has added,

and we've all been on board with all those guys.

You're throwing the more skill, and that's what you're seeing out there, and it's exciting to watch. So Fields is throwing to more skill guys. Got another year in the system. The Bears' offense. We talked to Steelers before. Kind of the same question applies. Does this thing really open up for the Bears this season, Kyle? Is this where it really locks in?

That's the hope and that's the plan and they have the personnel to do it. Let me start with Matt Iber Fluse. I go to the Bears facility last weekend. I start talking to the people who were there all day and night, security people, media people, and I say, listen, if you ranked the 32 head coaches in terms of recognizability or national imprint.
