0:18.5	And of course it's on the ballot when it comes to the presidential election
0:22.1	because even as neither of the candidates
0:24.8	has a clear pro-life position the fact is that the Democratic nominee Vice President
0:29.6	Kamla Harris has an extremely radical pro-abortion position. She's gone so far as to say
0:36.2	that she's not only for federal legislation that would legalize abortion in
0:40.5	all 50 states, but that she would even argue for the Senate to
0:43.9	suspend the filibuster in order to force that legislation through, and she also
0:48.5	wants to force taxpayers to pay for abortions in all 50 states.
0:53.2	Former President Donald Trump, the Republican nominee,
0:56.0	has sent mixed signals on abortion disappointing
0:59.4	many pro-life voters, but at the same time,
1:01.9	he and his party have to be put in the context of a far more
1:05.7	pro-life position than what you find on the Democratic side. In particular
1:10.7	President Trump says that he would oppose any federal legislation on abortion,
1:14.7	and that means shutting down what Kamala Harris would wish to make as a first priority.
1:20.8	But it also comes down to the appointment of those who will serve in the government.
1:24.6	It is the effective election of a government and in that case the most important thing is that
1:30.0	it was Donald Trump who appointed three conservative justices to the United States Supreme Court
