| 0:33.9 | But so many governments and so many others in the West are responding with absolute |
| 0:38.2 | outrage that a government in Africa or elsewhere could dare to pass such legislation. |
| 0:44.0 | Now we're going to look more closely at the legislation. |
| 0:46.8 | We're also going to be looking at the Western response, or the response in the West, and |
| 0:51.7 | we're going to be considering the huge worldview issues that are clearly here at stake. |
