It's a heavy morning. And yes, in the Corps 4, we are going to talk about the events that took place in Texas yesterday. But we're also going to do the rest of our show. We are going to still have, what's today, two second tunes. Yes. We're still going to have two second tunes. We're still going to have hope for humanity, which is probably more important today than any other day. Yeah. And I also have a nerd news that is just so absolutely ridiculous compared to everything going on in the world.

It's going to just make you laugh.

The four headlines you need to know.

19 children and two teachers left home yesterday, went to their elementary school like any other day and never returned home.

They never returned home because an 18-year-old gunman with body armor, possibly two guns, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition shot up Rob Elementary School in Uvaldi, located about 90 minutes southwest of San Antonio, Texas.

According to authorities, the gunman first killed his own grandmother and then entered the elementary school around 1130

in the morning and opened fire. The motive is still unknown and we might never get an answer.

It's been reported that a U.S. Border Protection Agent, who was one of the first people on the scene,

shot and killed the suspect preventing even more carnage at the elementary school.

It's also being reported by law enforcement officials that the death toll is expected to rise.

Rob Elementary classes have been canceled for the year as they were already preparing for their last week in class.

But instead of sending these second, third, and fourth graders onto the next grade, the community will be

burying daughters, sisters, classmates and teachers as they become the 27th school shooting
