Number one, Donald Trump's sentencing in his New York hush money case was postponed.

On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled that presidents are immune from prosecution

for official actions taken while in office. Trump's lawyers are now trying to argue that

the ruling means Trump's recent conviction in New York should be tossed.

Trump was found guilty in May of falsifying business records before he was president.
