Four people on a speedboat were killed and another six injured in a confrontation near Cuba's coast, say officials on the island nation after those on board the Florida registered vessel opened fire on Cuban troops. coast of Cuba. Secretary of State Rubio made it clear he does not trust the Cuban account

and the U.S. will do its own investigation, but he also added, it is highly unusual to see a

shootout in the open seas off Cuba. An apology from Bill Gates to employees of his foundation for his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
