From ABC News, I'm Dave Packard, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton telling members of the House Oversight Committee today, she has no knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein or Gulen Maxwell's crimes during some tense moments in her closed-door deposition. Her husband and former President Bill Clinton expected to testify tomorrow.

The former secretary of state

described it as a very long, repetitive deposition. I don't know how many times I had to say.

I did not know Jeffrey Hepstein. Hillary Clinton says at one point she was asked about UFOs

and even the debunk conspiracy theory known as Pizza Gate. Clinton says she expects her husband

will tell the House Oversight Panel that he had

no idea of Epstein's crimes. Committee Democrats say if Bill Clinton is being deposed, President Trump

should have to testify as well. Stephen Portnoy, ABC News, Washington.

Sources tell ABC News that President Trump has reviewed drafts of an executive order that will

give him sweeping power over voting in November's midterm elections.

According to sources, the order uses allegations of election interference by China for which no evidence has been presented to justify a national emergency.

The order would mandate voter ID and hand-counted ballots and ban mail-in ballots.

Critical talks resumed in Geneva today between Washington and Tehran over Iran's nuclear program.

But with a surge in U.S. military assets in the Middle East...

The risk of this not working diplomatically is a large-scale attack.

How large, how significant, what the targets are.

We don't know that at the moment, but that is a very clear threat.

And I think the president has enough firepower here and defensive firepower, defensive power,

to be able to go forward with military action if he so chooses.

several Republicans and some Trump officials in recent days have privately advocated for Israel to take the lead, should there be a strike on Iran instead of the United States initiating hostilities.
