The theme of President Trump's speech will be America at 250, strong, prosperous, and respected, a reference to the upcoming 250th anniversary of the founding in the nation.

The president's expected to unveil several new measures to address affordability, including one negotiated with top tech companies. It will require

them to pay more in electricity costs in communities where they're building new AI data centers.

Electricity prices are up 6.3% in the past year, according to the latest government data.
