Coming up, demand is growing for batteries, the large ones that power

Starting at UW,

University of Washington President, Onamari Kausai,

is again calling for protest organizers to voluntarily take down the pro-Palestinian encampment on the quad.

Protesters are calling on the university

to cut ties with Boeing and divest from Israel over its ongoing war in Gaza.

Kouse's message this afternoon comes after graffiti showed up on multiple buildings this morning.

The main administration building and classroom buildings along the quad were tagged with

slogans like U-dub funds genocide and divest or die.

Some of the messages personally targeted Kousei,

who described the graffiti as anti-Semitic and violent.
