The Core 4. The four headlines you need to know.

I've got some good news for your pockets.

According to new data, inflation is down again.

Now, things are still a little more expensive than they were a year ago, but they're

trending in the right direction.

Down.

Back in June, consumer prices were up 9.1% overall compared to June of 2021. That was the high point of this inflation

run that we've been on. And this October, consumer prices were up 7.7% compared to the same

month in 2021. And last month in November, consumer prices were up only 7.1% compared to the previous

year. So, as you can see, inflation is on its way down.

And there are a lot of reasons from the cost of gas going down to supply chain issues finally

getting resolved. The cost of almost every consumer item is down. Used cars, new cars,

furniture, most of the economic indicators are down, except for one.

Unfortunately, the thing we need the most, groceries, have continued to go up in price.
