0:47.8	Despite Governor Jucie saying he was not building on federal land, he was.
0:52.6	And now the Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit
0:55.9	against the state of Arizona, accusing it of trespassing on federal land. The lawsuit asked for an
1:03.0	immediate cease to the state's work on the wall along the Mexican border. Federal officials say it's
1:08.7	being built on federal land without the required permits or
1:12.4	authority. The complaint says, quote, Arizona has unlawfully and without authority failed to remove
1:19.2	the shipping containers from land owned by the United States. It looks like our government is
1:26.3	staying open. And if you weren't keeping track, our government was headed towards a shutdown if our elected
1:31.0	officials didn't agree on a spending bill by tomorrow.
