We're going to start today with some New York centric news.

First, we have some significant developments in the investigation into New York Governor

Andrew Cuomo.

Yesterday, New York State Attorney General Letitian James delivered a report on sexual harassing

by Cuomo, and the independent investigation concluded that he sexually harassed 11 women

in violation of federal and state law.

Specifically, he sexually harassed current and former New York State employees by engaging

in non-consensual touching and suggestive comments that created a hostile work environment

for women.

The report also detailed new allegations, including from an unnamed female state trooper

who was assigned to Cuomo's protective detail at his request, even though she did not

meet the requirement of having three years of experience with the state police.

An email cited in the report showed that Cuomo said to her, quote, they changed the minimum

from three years to two, just for you.
