And I am always excited while we jump into the Bible.

But I am especially excited today because we're talking about one of my heroes in the faith and one of my heroes in the Bible.

And that is Elijah. Wow, Elijah has an

amazing ministry, and we would not know about Elijah, except for the fact that God raised up a man

in really dark days to make a difference in a country that was spiraling away from God.

And that's often the time that we see true men and just men rise to the surface because the backdrop

of evil makes the accentuation of their light bearing that much more obvious.
