ritual. So we're going to drop our shoulders. We're just going to be present in the moment.

Relax our ears. Take our tongue in the moment relax our ears take our

tongue from the roof of our mouth and breathe deep into our belly in through the

nose and out through the mouth one more time in through the mouth. One more time.

In through the nose.

And out through the mouth.
