Welcome back to the podcast, Shalliners. Before we get into your burning questions of the week, let's do our relaxation ritual, right? Through the nose and hold for a few beats before exhaling. One more time, this time focusing on dropping our shoulders

relaxing our jaw relaxing our ears taking our tongue from the roof of our mouths.

Now we're going to get into it.

We're ready to receive the word and the people saying

shallallujah. So our first question comes from Sarah and she's got a career

quandary. She said, she said, Shan I need help changing my career. I've been working as a teacher's

assistant for years, kind of because it was a comfortable choice because my other family

members have done it. But it isn't paying me a livable wage, and working in a school no longer fits my personality.

I took time to write a list of 25 different and alternative careers or certificates I could

get and now I'm overwhelmed and it's giving me panic attacks.
