Heard are in the middle of a defamation lawsuit,

he has sued her for $50 million because of a op-ed she did.

And even though she didn't say him by name,

it kind of alluded to the fact that she was the victim

of domestic violence at his hands.

And he said it cost him some movie deals, et cetera.

And that's why they are currently in court

in Virginia going through this.

It sure sounds like from the outside looking in there,

both equally sketchy.

their people on the stand as far as like they're testifying

on behalf of Johnny.

And then of course Amber will have her turn.
