This is a story, all about how.

This is a story about children, poverty,

parental irresponsibility, neglect,

and a degree of controversy.

And I'm not going to lie to you, I really like this story.

It almost makes me nostalgic for the days when British politics wasn't populated by a almost undiluted bunch of Muppets and rebel rouses.

That's not fair. There's plenty of very, very good politicians out there doing their best,

but almost by definition in modern Britain, the higher a politician's public profile is,

particularly in the context of Brexit supporting politicians, than the less deserving they

are of our attention. Four minutes after ten is the time. If you are

confused about why we cannot really discuss any political matters as local elections are unfolding

across the country today, join the club. I mean, them's the breaks. Those are the rules. They seem

out of date and arcane, but there is some wisdom to it. I'm too frightened to tell you where the

wisdom lies in case I actually break the rules that I'm defending and justify.
