Coming up on the programme today, the most compelling evidence yet that helping parents to understand relatively simple issues in some cases will indeed reverse

the rise in child obesity who could possibly be opposed to that, apart of course, from people

making money out of shortening the lives of our children. And sadly, there are plenty of them

around. We will be looking also, I think, at calls for children from working class

families or poorer families to be allowed into Oxford and Cambridge on lower grades.

That cuts to the very heart of many issues currently facing the country. And when I tell you

that professionals from a working class background, for reasons I don't fully understand,

earn about seven grand a year

less than their middle class counterparts even when they're doing more or less the same job and

there is a tale from the courts which ties into both dementia and social care that will terrify

you it will actually that's a bit provocative.

It will break your heart.

It really will.

It's one of the saddest tales I think I've ever read, and it plays in.
