Hey, this is Durey and welcome to Pots of the People.

On this episode we have Brane Brown making a return to the podcast as a follow up on our

previous conversation.

Many people think that hope is a feeling.

Like I have a feeling of hopefulness, but it's not.

It's actually a cognitive behavioral sequence that's taught and modeled.

And so hope is goal, pathway and agency.

It's got three pieces.

We also have the news with the crew that you've known for the past year.

And we got a webbie award which is so dope, which we'll talk about a little later.

But I'm excited to think about what we can do with season two.

I remember when I started the podcast, I had a hope in a dream of what it could be and

it's lived up to those things.

And we have so much more work to do.

My message for this week is to remember that like all good organizing starts small.

The Disarchs are like an idea and a dream.

And then find the account with people who also see the idea and dream as you do.

And then like you build out and you keep pushing because one of the gifts is being able to

see things where other people don't see them.

And the thing about a critical mass is that the work is probably always critical before

there's a mass there.

And they're like, how do you build the mass?
