Before we jump in, I want to talk about integrity.

Now, when people think about integrity, they often think about so this idea of value showing

up in honesty and those are important.

But integrity is about consistency of those values showing up in the consistency of

that honesty being present.

That if your values only show up when it's easy, when there's no risk involved, when

it's clear that you'll receive positive praise.

But those values aren't present when it's tough, when you might be ridiculed, when you're

walking into the risk, that's not integrity.

And a lot of people I think confuse, they're like, oh, I'm a good person.

Or Lord knows, I'm around people who sort of talk and present themselves as people of

integrity, but their challenge is around the consistency.

And the consistency is actually key.

So you want to be in a place where like your values and your beliefs and the way you show

up honestly is a consistent part of how you are in the world and not just present when
