We just got back from our Freedom Club event for our top tier loan officer coaching program in the beautiful Puerto Rico. And brother, you got something to say, man. This was probably

the best event, man, the comments that this was something, you know, you came out with the

theme that has just literally infiltrated the organization. And I believe it's going to take hold

in the industry, which is being brilliant in the basics. And Carl,

you got something to say, man. You're on fire, brother. I do. You know, it's, it's such a simple

thing. So here's what I did. When we were in Puerto Rico hanging out with this group of top loan

officers across the United States and they're sharing, openly sharing what they're doing, what's getting their success. I just took a bunch of notes. And so I want to do an episode, maybe we'll maybe we'll do a couple of them here. And I'm just going to, this is going to be kind of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of this, a little bit of that. These are just notes. And some of them have nothing to do with each other. It's just kind of some

random thoughts that I had while I love it. Taking notes. That's not. Sound like a good episode.

This would be great. Yeah. Okay, cool. So first one, somebody said,

Hey, Carl, I'm following the daily success plan, right, which is the four part simple plan that we

map out and give the loan officers that if you do this result,

I'm sorry, if you do this activity, it's like we believe it's just you will have an increase in loans, right?

I mean, I've never, ever once seen somebody follow the plan and not close more

and not just like a good amount more, like a substantial amount more, right? But here's the thing.

So somebody said, hey, so if I do this activity for a few weeks, am I going to expect great results?
