even had before. There are no victims here. So if you want to hear

0:22.0

0:28.8

Hey, guys, welcome back to He'll Survive and Thrive. We are going to talk about letting go,

0:34.5

moving on, telling you, after doing this for, oh my God, almost 10 years now,

0:40.2

I can tell you that everyone really struggles with the same things when it comes to moving on.

1:18.3

experienced that kind of betrayal or disappointment or real significant change. I'm talking like

1:26.2

drastic change to my life in so many areas. So it was easy

1:31.1

to just focus on, okay, I'm getting PTSD. Okay, I'm now alone. Okay, this person left me for someone

1:37.8

1:43.7

in the midst of feeling that level of pain,

1:47.5

it's hard sometimes to let yourself grieve because we don't want to feel pain. We're programmed to

1:55.5

seek pleasure and kind of avoid pain. And because of that, I think it really hurts our ability to kind of let go and

2:03.3

move on. Because if we're not processing the emotional aspect, then we're just going to get stuck.
