when we were talking about that, the reasons why people struggle with it is our baggage. It's our

stuff that we now, thankfully, this person had to hand us a bunch of crap that now we have to deal

with. So it's that kind of baggage that we need to start working on because this is the stuff that really hurts people from not just

like moving on and letting go and like all of these fancy words, but it's the stuff that weighs

us down for just having a really good life, positive attitude, different mindset, you know,

really good self-esteem, all of that kind of stuff. And this is, you're human.

We're working on this stuff all the time. I just want you to be mindful of it because this is the

stuff that if you don't take care of it and if you don't deal with it, it's going to trickle into

all areas of your life. It's going to trickle into your next relationship. And that's the stuff that we just straight up don't want. We don't want the past

in our future. So let's talk about kind of like the biggies, like the biggies that I don't care

who you are and what you've been through. You've gone through some nasty narcissistic relationship.

You've been cheated on. You've been left, you've been dealing with

emotional abuse, you've been manipulated, you've been gas, you know, gas let here, left and center,

like all day, every day, you're going to have this stuff. Like, this stuff is going to come up.
