| 1:36.1 | They're either limiting new policies, not writing any new policies, or if you're lucky, they're just tightening up the standards for you to get the insurance. |
| 1:48.7 | And this is all because they've had to lay out lots and lots of money for insured people for damage to homes caused by these various natural disasters. |
| 1:57.9 | And we know that starting with, you know, in around March, April 2020, |
| 2:03.6 | something happened. And prices went through the roof, right? Supply chain problems. |
