Yeah, big decision out of Florida.

Basically, this judge, of course, is named Aileen Cannon.

She was appointed by Donald Trump to the federal bench a few years ago.

She decided that that case should be tossed out of court, not because she concluded, oh, Donald Trump didn't do anything wrong in terms of taking top secret documents down to Mar-a-Lago.

Instead, she based it on the argument that there is a process for appointing the

special counsel, Jack Smith, and that process under the Constitution and federal law is the president has to

nominate a special counsel, and then the Senate has to confirm him or her, and that's not how this

happened. Instead, the Attorney General Merrick Garland simply

appointed the guy, no president, no Senate. And so she said, you broke the rules. Plus, she said,

by the way, the special counsel's budget can't be a blank check. Funds have to be approved by

Congress. And here, Congress has approved to zero. Instead, the Attorney General has given the Green Line to $25 million in legal bills and counting.

No approval by Congress. So those are the two grounds for her dismissal of the case.

All right. So the first thing about this is, and I know you as both an attorney and a legal analyst, you have seen this, the thing I'm about to describe to you,
