That's right. We came up with the idea during the first COVID lockdown that was truly a lockdown. None of the technicians, comfort advisors, service managers, field supervisors were permitted inside the building for the most part. So we weren't doing any in-person meetings and very few meetings online. So the idea was to just find a

way to connect with the people who are co-workers here but weren't necessarily in the building
