Hi everyone. Welcome to episode 102 of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. I'm really excited to record this

0:06.7

week's video because it's that time of the year again. My annual Pranayama yoga teacher training and

0:12.6

immersive study program is back. And after a whole year, I know you've been waiting for it. The

0:18.5

1:18.9

immersive study program every year. Okay. This is open to yoga teachers and long-time yoga

1:23.4

students. And it happens only once a year. The next one starts on November 4th, okay, which is just literally three weeks after this

1:30.7

episode is dropping and it's completely online.

1:34.1

Okay, you can attend live, which I honestly encourage, but you can also catch the entire

1:38.5

training on replays.

1:40.1

You have the live classes, you have the replays, you have alumni sessions after the training ends so you can stay on track and continue to do the work after the training is over.
