Today I really wanted to touch topic on how we can move forward

Without the fears of the unknown of ourselves

We don't know who we will be tomorrow

We don't know who we will be next year

We don't know what is to come and that excites me

When there's a lot of uncertainty

There's a lot of options to me. It means anything can happen

But often uncertainty for us feels scary

We fear uncertainty

Because we would like to know the direction we are going we would like to know what will unfold

We would like to know that the seeds we are planting the fruits will blossom

But finding faith in the unknown is

powerful

Being able to come back to the present moment

Not allowing the mind to wander into the past and the regrets

Not allowing the mind to wander into the future fearful of its uncertainties

But to be here present in the moment

That's where our brilliance is

That's where our focus is and we know a focus mind is a happier mind
